Monster Energy Bites

The perfect treat for your little monsters! Healthy + totally tasty! 

This was my first year making these and all of my kids LOVED them! I only used mini M&M’s because we have a chocolate chip hater in our house (not totally sure how he’s my child!) but a mix of mini chips and mini M&M’s would be 👌🏼!! 

Here’s the recipe:

  • 1 cup quick or rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M’s (or mini chocolate chips)
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Combine all ingredients and form dough into 1” balls with hands or a cookie scoop.
  • Press 1-2 eyeballs into each no bake bite.
  • Set balls on parchment paper and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  • Makes about 12 no bake bites.
