Brussels get a bad wrap, but done right, they are a delight!
This recipe rivals the best sprouts that I’ve had in restaurants. 🤤
My kids scarfed their spooky veggie bowls!
Here’s what I did:
- Toss:
- 1 pound of trimmed and halved brussel sprouts with 1/4 cup raw cashew pieces,
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil (evoo works too),
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos),
- 1 Tbsp of maple syrup,
- 1 Tbsp of sweet chili sauce
- Add salt + garlic powder to taste.
- Spread evenly on a sheet pan and roast at 425° for 18-20 minutes.
